Price changes reserved.
- The prices are meant per night and include bedlinen, towels, car park, wireless Internet and final cleaning (an additional charge between 50,00 € and 100,00 € will be charged for a very dirty apartment).
- Minimum stay 5 nights. Supplements for additional person: 0 - 14 years FREE, 14 years and older 15,00 €
- We make a charge of 15 € per day for dogs.
- The prices do not include the local tourist tax .
- PLEASE NOTE: Your apartment will be available from 3 pm on your arrival day. Please plan your arrival accordingly.
- On the day of your departure we kindly request that you vacate your apartment by no later than 9 am!

- Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB
- If you should have to cancel your holiday, please let us know as soon as you can. Cancellations are as inconvenient for us, as they are for you.
It is a pity when our apartment remains free, although others would have liked to come. - Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB Bookings may be cancelled up to 60 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge.
- In case of a cancellation in the period between the 60th day prior to arrival and the arrival day, we charge following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation up to 28 days before arrival: 50 % of the agreed total price,
- Cancellation less than 28 days prior to arrival: 80 % of the agreed total price.
- If you should have to cancel your holiday, please let us know as soon as you can. Cancellations are as inconvenient for us, as they are for you.
- In case you don’t take over the booked apartment for the agreed period without a cancellation, you are required to pay 80% of the agreed total price. In case of early departure or late arrival, you will fully pay the price for the days you stayed, and 80 % of the agreed price for the remaining but unused services.
