Our prices are per night and include:
🛏️ Bed linen • 🧺 Towels • 🚗 Parking • 🌐 Wi-Fi • 🧹 Final cleaning

(In case of excessive dirt, an additional cleaning fee between € 50.00 and € 100.00 may be charged.)

Our apartments are rented exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Supplements for Additional Persons

• Children 0–10 years: free of charge
• 10 years and older: € 15.00 per night

Dogs are welcome – surcharge € 15.00 per day.

The local tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged separately.

⏰ Arrival & Departure

• Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival
• Check-out: by 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure

❌ Cancellation Policy

(in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code)

If you need to cancel your stay, please inform us as soon as possible.
Cancellations are inconvenient for both sides – especially when the apartment remains vacant although other guests would have liked to come.

• Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation
• Up to 28 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price
• Less than 28 days before arrival: 80% of the agreed total price
• No-show: 80% of the agreed total price

In case of early departure or late arrival, the full price will be charged for the days stayed, and 80% for the remaining unused days.
